I got a few other boxes to fill out and some goodies to go with it. I know some people like to put in their full pinpack and I thought that might be something I do for people looking to save some space. So I filled the box out a bit, printed some out and there it is!You’ve got to admire the balls of Marussia and Scuderia Toro Rosso, to even give themselves a shot at the 2015 Formula One World Championship; after all, the ‘unlikely success’ F1 title battle is long over, with Sebastian Vettel having already sealed it at the Hungarian Grand Prix.<\/p>\n
There have been seven races since then, and the ‘young’ team have yet to be impressive. Nico Rosberg won the Monaco Grand Prix in something of a surprise, whilst Daniel Ricciardo stormed to both victories in Belgium and Italy, before finishing a close second in Great Britain.<\/p>\n
Is Renault’s partnership with these two teams really any better?<\/p>\n
The Renault deal with Marussia was announced way back in July 2011. Over the course of the first few seasons, the partnership finally led to a commitment of backing which would see their first driver line-up finish third in the constructors’ championship standings in 2013 – coincidentally the only year that both Renault and Marussia finished at the top of the table.<\/p>\n
However, the truth is not all that rosy. The Renault works team have spent the past two seasons languishing at the bottom of the constructors’ standings, only just avoiding relegation. In addition to that, the team’s title challenge last year was hugely disrupted by the<\/p>\n
