Russell Huegel

 Russell J. Huegel has been practicing law since 1996 in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal litigation, estates and wills including estate  litigation, bankruptcy and real estate.  Mr. Huegel received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in  1992 and a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law in 1996. 

 While attending law school, he was twice recognized on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. In private practice, Mr. Huegel has worked for        small firms and for Morgan Stanley Trust Company. Mr. Huegel has served as the Municipal Prosecutor in the City of Passaic, Township of  Secaucus and has appeared as the Prosecutor for Ringwood as well as North Bergen. In 2008, Mr. Huegel successfully ran for Council for the  Borough of Fanwood.  

Since 2009, Mr. Huegel has owned and operated his own law practice in Iselin, New Jersey. In 2010 he was asked to join the New Jersey Supreme Court’s Ethics Committee for Union County.  Mr. Huegel represents a number of small corporations including restaurant owners, construction companies, and of course individuals and their small businesses in the aforementioned areas.  Mr. Huegel has served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Borough of Roselle Park.
