Huegel has been practicing law since 1996 in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal litigation, estates and wills including estate \u00a0litigation, bankruptcy and real estate.\u00a0 Mr. Huegel received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in \u00a01992 and a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University School of Law in 1996.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\u00a0While attending law school, he was twice recognized on the Dean\u2019s List for academic excellence. In private practice, Mr. Huegel has worked for \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0small firms and for Morgan Stanley Trust Company.\u00a0Mr. Huegel has served as the Municipal Prosecutor in the City of Passaic, Township of \u00a0Secaucus and has appeared as the Prosecutor for Ringwood as well as North Bergen. In 2008,\u00a0Mr. Huegel successfully ran for Council for the \u00a0Borough of Fanwood. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\nSince 2009, Mr. Huegel has owned and operated his own law practice in Iselin, New Jersey.
