The internal structure of a dream is very important to those who dream lucidly and understand the nature of spiritual realms. This will serve as a guide.
Each dream structure corresponds to a specific mental situation. Each of these mental states can be used to wake up, as well as to reach a meditative state in a dream. Each has a specific and unique effect on the soul.
The reason why a dream that is not lucid or is left inactive can be healed is simple: the soul and the dream creator are in synch. There is a direct connection between the dream creator and the dream itself. When the former gives the latter the correct instructions, the dream takes on a proper activity. The mind is able to reconnect with the dream and the dream with the dream creator.
In the dream world, each dream has a different mental state. The task of the dreamer is to wake up in the dream state and to understand these states.
The simplest method to understand the dream world is to focus on the structure of a dream. Each dream has its own structure. If a dream is lucid, the dreamer

The humeral head remains a relatively difficult area to operate on during arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. A new technique, the meso-and distal humeral head osteotomy (M&DHHO), is presented and discussed in the treatment of full-thickness rotator cuff tears of all sizes, although it is most useful for large defects with significant loss of humeral head surface area. This novel technique uses an osteotome cutting guide to allow precise bone removal at the base of the humeral head, the humeral tuberosity, and the greater tuberosity. The importance of controlling the humeral tuberosity and greater tuberosity osteotomy, in addition to the articular surface, is discussed. All 10 patients with large- and medium-size rotator cuff tears (average 4.8 cm2) treated with M&DHHO demonstrated a significant improvement in pain and activity, as well as a sustained improvement in strength, between preoperative and 2-year postoperative follow-up, which was equivalent to more extensive techniques. This technique has the advantage of improved visualization of the rotator cuff insertion compared with conventional techniques and could potentially decrease the prevalence of corac
