RealPlayer Skins Pack is a collection of ready-to-go skins for RealPlayer. It aims to provide a more customized and user-friendly experience for fans of this media player.
The first fact that should be expressed about this skin collection is that it doesn’t work on the latest version of RealPlayer. Testing and assessing its value was a bit of a challenge for us.
Not knowing which version we should use for testing, we tried one of the early editions, namely 10.5 and we can state for sure that the skin collection is applicable to this iteration of the media player.

Accommodating the new skins does not pose a challenge, since all of them can be applied with a double click. Subsequently, you can install them using the dedicated skin browser included in RealPlayer.
In order to switch between them, simply navigate to the View menu, then to the ‘Chose Skin’ section. The changes will be performed without exiting the player.
Considering all of the above, RealPlayer Skins Pack could have been a cool addition, provided that it featured support for newer versions of the media player. Nevertheless, this is highly unlikely to happen in the near feature, since updates haven’t been issued in quite a while.

I’m using CR 2008. I have a line of code that does a summation of a column and it produces a table that looks like this:
The report is working the way it should, but what I want to do is use the table, make a seperate pivot table where I can group one field by the Class. So for example, I want the first two rows of my table to link to a “Submitted by” line, the first three to a “Date”, and so on.

You should go through the entire code for the line (click on the line itself in the report or the top of it in the PIVOT tab and select ‘go to function’) to see how it is being formed. Just look for Rpt.PivotTableSet.Initialize() method and inside of it you will see how the pivot table is being built. For example, for the first line you see something like Rpt.SetParameterValue(“@p”, “1”); and it is a way for CR to know the first parameter of the pivot table. Try changing your line to Rpt.SetParameterValue(“@p”, “Class”) to see what happens.

Is this really a realplayer skins pack? It looks like some old skins I have already downloaded years ago. The skin I got from realplay has no doubt a registry on your computer! That’s why it didn’t work for you. It’s not a realplayer skins pack! It’s just a skin pack without any registry.
I found this Skins pack very usefull not only for the skins but also for the player itself. But because the player is always in beta I couldn’t use any of the skins.
Today I use the new version of the skins pack of my realplayer. I had it before on my last version but it doesn’t work on my last version. The new skins are amazing and I like the result!

This is just great! After some hours of banging my head against the wall I have finally created a custom control with Adobe Illustrator CC (I even created my first shape and used it :)). This custom control has to do with MediaElement.js which is a full featured media player. I just wanted to try it out on a seperate page, of course with a couple of my own additional video clips. Highly recommended!
