Creating documentation requires that someone must be able to gain access to the project files, and this is a major limiting factor for most projects. This is why we aim to create a set of powerful tools that allows a user to use a graphical interface to accomplish complex tasks. These tasks are not only very labor intensive, they are also time consuming, which means that many projects never get documented.
• There is not a better solution out there for managing files than writing a programmer friendly and intuitive GUI. This is hard, and we have spent years achieving our goal.
• We have used XML when writing rulesets in the past, but have changed to using a form that is easy to use for both programmers and non-programmers. The ruleset and module files are written to a windows file, which is easy to program access and is in a human readable format.
• The package contains a set of useful tools that a ruleset author can use to design his or her rulesets, and we will also be providing ruleset and module authoring tools and various utilities for the package. We will be working on providing ruleset documentation, which is currently in the works.

3) Select “Custom Ruleset” under “Create a new Ruleset”
4) Now you should be in “Rule Forge” which should be either located in your games folder or in the subfolder Default
