Define the rules of the game
The world of BlockChiller is built with blocks – the game can only run if you use these blocks. The player is represented by a colored cube, which can move in any direction and change its size to fit the size of the game.
Timing – If two blocks are lined up horizontally or vertically, each one of them will have its own timing, which will be applied to the player. Every block, starts on its own timer, which finishes before the other one.
Blocks – The player can move blocks. Some blocks can be fixed to the ground and not move, while some (static block) can move as you move. An ice-block also moves, but can only be moved vertically. Ice-blocks can only be moved upwards and have a magic effect once it reaches the top. The blocks can also have special interactions with each other.
Theme – Each individual block has its own theme and represents an item from the game. A Chill for example represents the chill power-up, which allows the cube to perform a cool rotation. Every theme can be assigned to a special block, which becomes available once the pre-defined power-up is used.
The Characters – The characters have their own theme, which is represented by a different block. Each character can interact with other blocks, so you can determine a strategy. The player can also interact with the characters. The characters can be found in the cube’s inventory.
Co-operation – The game is designed for co-operative play, so everyone of the 5 player characters can work together to advance the story.

Season 1 opens up with a new mechanic in the game, and it’s a huge upgrade! With Season 1 Furry Arts, the Artisans will first send you a chit that tells you about a suggested set of seasonal materials (each season has 2/3 materials).
These materials include 2-5 new chits and 2-5 seasonal effects. The effect you get depends on what materials you suggest, and what your Artisan has chosen for that season. There are many classes of Artisans in the game, and their seasonal effects differ, so some suggestions will be more effective for one Artisan than for another.
In addition, there is a new seasonal mechanic called Accumulated Effects. Each seasonal effect has 5 default attributes (shown in the right-hand column of their corresponding material). These default values are your starting point for the season, but you can increase or decrease the attributes of each effect in your Skill window with special skills.
It can be hard to predict what will work well with a particular effect, so knowing the material information can help you make more informed decisions.
